    We specifically designed “WBW Enriching A Compassionate Culture Management Tools & Skills” team leaders (and project managers) and fully equips them with blended compassionate tools & skills and psychological health & safety to enhance their mentorship skills and enrich meaningful and connected relationships on their teams but also the workspaces.

    Our “Encouraging a Compassionate Culture Frontline Tools & Skills” introduces our compassionate tools & skills and infuses it with basic psychological health & safety practices that helps teams to embracing their roles & responsibilities as support workers.

    Through our “WBW Empowering A Compassionate Culture Leadership Tools & Skills” we gift our compassionate tools & skills to Leadership and provide them with support they need to build psychologically health & safety structure within their teams so that every member of their community is being provided the highest level of compassion & care that they need to feel empowered.

    • Plan , Design, and Implement a PH&S System in the workplace
    • Identify, assess and respond to PH&S concerns.

    This course provides leadership with the knowledge and skills to plan, design, and implement a psychological health and safety management system within the workplaces but also with the tools and skills to respond to support worker who may be experiencing mental health concerns.
